Mississippi Burning

CNN’s Drew Griffin has been following the case of a brutal killing allegedly fueled by racism.

Deryl Dedmon, a 19 –year old teenager from Brandon, Mississippi, faces charges of capital murder and a hate crime in the death of James Craig Anderson, stemming from an incident involving a gang of white teenagers who attacked Anderson early in the morning of June 26. Dedmon has pled not guilty, and in court his attorney said he saw nothing in the incident that suggests racism.

“Mississippi Burning” is one of four riveting stories you won’t want to miss this Sunday on CNN Presents, hosted by Soledad O’Brien and Dr. Sanjay Gupta at 8:00 pm ET, re-airing at 11:00 pm ET and 2:00 am ET.

I just turned on cnn and I cannot, I have no words, my emotions are churning, my skin is white and I don"t remember ever feeling this sick. I don't evenwant to mention this animals name. If this does't make everyone no matter where they live or what their race want to , I don't even know what to say. This makes me feel like 9-11 . I would not know what to say to this child of gods family. If there is anything I could do to help his family I hope cnn will post a p.o box because I know that hes not the only monster out there, I am afraid for the rest of the family. this may not make any sence, But I did work in a calif prison for 20 years. I guess this sounds bad but watch your back you may never be able to sleep again monster. bless you now JAMES CRAIG ANDERSON you angel.Again I am in shock.
